Overview
Klondike Solitaire is the single-player card game that built the modern idea of the "quick desktop break." Seven columns, four foundations, and a single deck — your goal is to move all 52 cards onto the foundations, one suit at a time, from Ace to King. It is calm, methodical, and endlessly replayable. In NeuraCraft, Solitaire is presented in a dark, low-glare table that keeps the cards easy to read for older eyes. Large suit pips, tap-to-move shortcuts, and smooth undo make it friendly for quick coffee breaks. There are no banner ads, no pop-ups, and your best times are logged in your personal brain-score history.
How to Play
- Build the four foundations up by suit, starting with each Ace and ending with each King.
- On the tableau, stack cards down by alternating colors (red on black, black on red).
- Move any face-up card or valid stack onto another column or onto the foundation.
- Flip cards from the stock pile when the tableau is blocked; drawing rules let you pick 1 or 3 cards.
- Win by sending all 52 cards to the foundations — try to do it in fewer moves or less time each run.
Cognitive Benefits
- Solitaire gently exercises planning, sequencing, and working memory. You track which cards have appeared, predict where stuck columns will open up, and decide when to draw versus when to wait. These small decisions keep attention and strategic thinking active without any time pressure.
